This Privacy Policy explains how Your Design collects, uses, stores and discloses information when you visit our website, place an order or contact us.
Your Design is operated by R.E. Options, LLC. In this Privacy Policy, “Your Design,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the Your Design store and website.

We collect information when you provide it to us in connection with an order, customer-service request, mailing-list request, special order, or other direct interaction with Your Design. This may include:
When you place an order, your name, email address, telephone number if provided, and shipping address;
Order information, including products purchased, personalization details, options, notes, order status and shipping information;
Communications you send to us by email, text, telephone, website form, chat or another customer-service channel;
Information you voluntarily submit for a special or corporate order, such as a business name, logo, artwork or related instructions; and
Marketing preferences, such as whether you requested marketing communications or later opted out.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or another processor made available at checkout. Payment processors collect the payment information needed to complete the transaction. Your Design does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers when the processor handles that information directly.
We may use information to:
process, personalize, produce, fulfill and ship orders;
contact you about an order, personalization question, delivery issue or customer-service request;
maintain order, accounting and business records;
prevent fraud, misuse and security problems;
operate, maintain and improve the website and our products or services;
comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or carrier requirements;
send occasional marketing emails about Your Design products, seasonal offerings, new products or company news, subject to applicable opt-out requirements;
carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected or with your permission.
We may send transactional or relationship communications concerning an order, customer-service matter, shipping, delivery, account or other transaction with us.
We may also send occasional marketing emails about our own products, seasonal offerings, new products or company news when permitted by law. We intend these communications to be limited and infrequent rather than frequent promotional messaging. Marketing emails will include an appropriate way to opt out, and we will honor applicable opt-out requirements.
Telephone numbers provided with an order may be used for order-related and customer-service communications, including text messages when appropriate. We do not currently use order telephone numbers for promotional text-message marketing. If we introduce promotional SMS marketing in the future, we will implement any consent, disclosure and opt-out process required at that time.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or provide customer personal information to unrelated businesses for their own advertising, solicitation, mailing lists, or marketing purposes.
We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate Your Design and serve our customers—for example, to payment processors, website and order-management providers, shipping and postage providers, communications providers, and delivery carriers involved in processing, fulfilling, supporting, or delivering an order. These providers receive information for the business functions they perform for us, subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
Businesses under common ownership or control may assist with the operation or administration of Your Design. Customer information shared within that group remains for our own business operations and customer service. We do not authorize an affiliated business to sell, rent, trade, or provide that information to unrelated businesses for their own marketing or solicitation.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, tax or regulatory obligations; protect rights, safety or property; investigate fraud or misuse; or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If Your Design, R.E. Options, LLC, or relevant business assets are sold, merged, reorganized, financed or transferred, customer information and business records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and the protections applicable to the information.
At present, the website uses browser-based local storage for functions such as retaining a shopping cart or order note in the visitor’s own browser. This local storage helps website features work and is not the same as Your Design adding that information to a customer marketing list. The site does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
In the future, we may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, tags or similar technologies to operate or improve the site, understand website use, measure performance, remember preferences, personalize experiences, or support advertising and marketing. If we introduce technologies that require additional notice, consent or user choices under applicable law, we will provide them as required.
Browser settings and device controls may allow you to limit or delete cookies or locally stored information. Doing so may affect website features. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
We retain order and business records for as long as reasonably useful for operating the business, customer service, repeat-order history, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention and recordkeeping purposes. Some records may be kept for the life of the business or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, network, storage system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our products and website may be viewed by people of different ages. The site is a general-audience retail website and is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information. A person placing an order must be legally able to make the purchase and authorized to use the selected payment method.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, transaction or recordkeeping reasons.
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply to Your Design, you may have additional rights concerning personal information. We will honor applicable privacy rights and requests as required by law. This Policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
We use service providers to operate the website and fulfill customer orders. These may include payment processors, website-hosting providers, order-management and customer-service systems, shipping and postage providers, email or communications providers, and delivery carriers. These companies may process information necessary to perform services for Your Design. Our website or communications may also contain links to websites or services we do not operate. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those independent websites or services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, products, technology, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted with an updated effective date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change in a manner that requires it.
